Do you require a EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)? If you are thinking about renting out then we recommend getting a EICR carried out to insure your electrical installation is safe for use. It is advised to get a EICR carried out every 3-5 years or 10 years if living at property.

From installing an additional socket to full scale rewires we cover it all, there is no job too small and no job too big that we can’t handle. We can offer a remote quote or a more accurate quote which requires a site visit.
